Meet Mary
Some things just come naturally—and for me, real estate is one of them. After successful careers in marketing, education, and office management, transitioning into real estate felt like a natural fit. It allows me to combine my love of working with people, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of how to guide clients through major life transitions.
As a full-time Realtor since 2009, I bring years of experience and insight to every transaction. I’m dedicated to providing professional, reliable guidance and a level of service that always puts my clients' best interests first. My approach is results-driven, combining strategic pricing, professional staging support, and targeted marketing to ensure each property stands out. With a background in marketing and a sharp eye for detail, I know how to position listings to attract qualified buyers and achieve the strongest possible outcome.
I’ve lived in Central Florida since 1986, and I know the area inside and out. That local knowledge—combined with ongoing education, including earning my GRI designation—gives my clients a distinct advantage in a competitive market.
As a mom, I understand the emotional side of moving and how important it is to protect what matters most. My goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, while advocating fiercely for your interests every step of the way.

Meet Scott
Beginning my career as a banker afforded me a professional starting point when it comes to what everyone needs and that is a financial plan. Over those 30 plus years I saw how important buying, selling or investing in real estate is for everyone, I guess that is why it is called the “American Dream”. This was a driving force as to why I am now a licensed Realtor since 2013. I earned my MBA, providing me with a strategic approach to financial matters. I have also been a Lending Trainer and a College Professor instructing students through Graduate Business Level education. I am your advocate and bring a full toolbox for us to put in motion.
There are many areas to cover throughout the real estate acquisition or disposition process. I understand what needs to take place in order to secure your real estate goals from establishing a relationship, understanding the documents that are included and the fun that is embedded in your decision. As the market changes over time I am poised to gather information that is then given and becomes a piece of your real estate pie.
